About me
I help start-ups and SMB’s build sales teams, develop leaders and build processes that improve results.
I am passionate about building people and teams.

My first leadership position was terrifying. I didn’t have the tools, the network, or the experience. I treated my team with respect and hoped the results would follow.
Luckily, I had a positive impact, but such a process is hardly scientific.
However, the opportunity to nurture a team, construct growth strategies, and engage clients cultivated within me a set of guiding principles—values that form the foundation of my work today.
Over the last decade, I’ve trained 300+ sales people, built 15 sales teams, and advised entrepreneurs on process design, sales organization, and innovative training.
Most recently, I was an initial Series A Enterprise Salesperson for TaskHuman, the live 1:1 productivity and wellbeing coaching application working with large logo’s and Enterprise clients.
Before that I was the General Manager at p3rceive, an early stage venture-backed predictive analytics start-up. I led the initial GTM strategy and early sales motions to define product market fit.
Prior to p3rceive, I was the VP of Sales at Acquirent. I led a 100+ member sales organization, oversaw $100 Million in client pipeline and $10-$15 million in ARR.

I believe in transparent leadership, in helping others, and in sharing knowledge. I am a mentor for local young leaders and a business coach for small and minority owned enterprises.
I live in Chicago with my wife. When not at work, I enjoy to traveling, attending live theatre, throwing around a frisbee in the park, and learning about all things technology, economics, infrastructure and world history.
